  Worst service ever! My friend had to send a paper to the states in order to be able to register for a very important Medical Exam (step 1) and the paper never got there! They didn’t even refund him and did nothing about it. It’s 2018, we are sending CARS to other planets and LIBAN POST can’t send a piece of paper to another country. It’s a shame. Use DHL instead people!

  Stay away! Paid 50,000 for the fast 5 day service! It's been 12 days and my package hasnt arrived yet to the states. They did nothing to help or try and track it even! Worst customer service in lebanon Go DHL
