  I have packages delivered from CHINA and after going through customs are STILL at Jal Ed Dib since April 28, 2018. Unacceptable. Calling them now but no answer.

  Worst service ever! My friend had to send a paper to the states in order to be able to register for a very important Medical Exam (step 1) and the paper never got there! They didn’t even refund him and did nothing about it. It’s 2018, we are sending CARS to other planets and LIBAN POST can’t send a piece of paper to another country. It’s a shame. Use DHL instead people!
