  Worst company. They're professional cheaters. We got tour from them for 6 persons and we try to delay for 2 days of the illnesses of 2 kids . And they first told us that it's not possible even before one week we inform and after they told us to bring document from doctor and after all they promise to give us answer in one day but they answer us after finish all tour that we can't take money back and we lose the tour. So we were ready to travel just in 2 days and loose it only 2 days from hotel but they let us loose everything!😡

  Today morning i went to book a flight to.germany from the branch facing cremino..there was two employees sitting at theur desk. A female and a male. The female was so rude and non customer friendly where as the male after seeing that i was upset by the rudeness of his collegue helped me with such politeness. It was my first time at tala tours and my last time. Employees should know that they are sale persons and whatever the customer problem or inquiry they must serve him with tolerance.
