  The Rating is for the Parts Center only at the moment. They've been very helpful and courteous in helping me order dozens of parts to overhaul a W210 E-Class. Special mention to Mrs Nicole who's been a wonderful sales rep, going out of her way to verify all the compatibility of the parts, giving suggestions and following up with me on every order.

  Horrendous rude customer treatment. Opaque and cryptic maintenance reports. I will take my cars elsewhere the moment the 4 years warranty lapses.
