  Tried to order something over the phone, we had to repeat the order 5 times and we kept getting transferred from one person to the next. Nobody understood what we wanted. When they finally got the order, it took ages to be delivered. When calling to check on the delivery status, the person who answered was very rude.

  12 min waiting on the phone without any excuse cause they forgot that someone is waiting. They took advance money for medication when we came to took it they said it is not available so you have to take your money back.. So sad to say that but we have to.....
