  Copy center with office supplies, books, and gadgets. Also there’s a great mini market attached to it with a sandwich stand and coffee machine and so many snacks, drinks, juices, and sweets. Basically everything you need as a student — whether food or supplies — can be found here. Staff are really friendly and kind. Discounts given to LAU students for certain copy services!

  The customer service is terrible. Most of people who work over there are very rude and treat the customer like they are doing him/her a favor. Such a shame to have Lazy staff in a place where the students are in a hurry to get done with what they're doing. The staff are too few for the recommendations of the only printing shop next to an entire university and the prices are too high . We are supposed to be paying such high prices and get in return the excellent service and quality ,but unfortunately students are paying for an average quality and receiving a terrible customer service. This is nothing personal, Malek's is supposed to make things easier for the students not knowing that we have to go all the way to hamra to another printing shop for a better service and quality to get our work done . Thankyou!
