::I'm ashamed to say that I'm having the worst experience in this hospital. I'm an LAU graduate so I want to believe that my university's hospital is great but it's not. No doubt that the medical team is top notch, hence the two stars, but when it comes to the administration, something is definitely not right. The patient was out of the surgery at 9am. They kept her in the recovery room for two hours because there were no available rooms in the hospital (what?) After complaining, they found an empty room in a delivery room (funny, I know) and told us she'll get a room in the next hour. It's 3pm and she is still in some random delivery room. No self respecting hospital would allow such situation. A patient being rolled from one room to another. 6 hours (and still counting) after a major surgery and she is still not settled in her room. If you're overloaded, do not accept patients!!!

::LAU Medical Center-Rizk Hospital one of the humanitarian hospitals & Represent all what is pure & good in this country , Alas rare traits. The nurses, medics, doctors & even the admission personnel been so attentive & very friendly. Their response the health of the baby & then the approval of the insurance company.

::The staff are great and responding. No need to nention doctors since most of the patients come primarily because these doctors are there. The main remark is on visit schedule. It seems at the fifth floor people can come any time. The family of the lady patient with whom we share the room, brought 5 bags of Hawa Chicken products, spread them in the room with no ventilation to handle the odors. I am sure the administration has something to do with this. Thank you
