  One word: crunchy! I must say, the viennoiseries at Kassab are a delicacy. I tried the pain au chocolat and the pate levée feuilletée au fromage and was struck by the crunchiness. Try them heated for the cheese and the chocolate to melt. The taste is great: not too much butter, well stuffed and again, very crunchy. The vanilla mille-feuille and the ice cream are also a must try! This place has been open for nearly 90 years for a reason :) Must Try: Pain au Chocolat, Pate levée feuilletée au fromage ✔️ Overall Experience: Very Good ✔️
