  I came here based on a friends recomendation. My appointment was at 2pm. I didn't get to leave till 7pm. I showed picture for the color I wanted, but they did not even come close! My hair was so matted it took almost an hour to untangle. I showed the picture for the hair cut because I wanted bangs. The man who cut my hair, cut it, said thank you and walked away! Not one question is I was happy with it, if it's what I wanted, nothing!! I was so upset I didn't want even my hair blow dryed! I didn't make a scene, I payed my bill but the only person who cared I was upset was the receptionist. I even bought from her a pack of color, on top of my bill, so I could correct my hair at home. I have lived in lebanon for years, and this taught me never to try a new salon! Now I know why they don't allow reviews on Facebook.
