  Most things I bought there were not working properly or were counterfeits. Plus they were really rude on the phone, no professionalism whatsoever.

  Totally unprofessional left my phone to repair its dc charging part and took it back with a problem in its signal to find out today after taking it to another place that they messed its antenna up!!! P.s the phone was perfectly working the moment i left it for the part replacement.

  Great variety of products and more expensive than others (Samsung N8 is 1000/ available for 900 elsewhere). They are so busy that they often dont provide a good service and can sometimes be a bit rude. This especially happens when you tell them you are only enquiring and still havent made a decision about which $1000 phone you want to get. I heard their after purchase service is equally poor but I haven’t experienced that. Will I get my next phone from them?! Probably not.
