  I went there to purchase a key fob chain and floor mat for my Lexus and was informed that that do not have a boutique for accessories for Lexus ..I was disappointed

  This is your typical service facility at a major dealership and, as such, it does not try to be better than similar establishments in Lebanon. Car dealership service centers in Lebanon share many problems such as overpriced parts and labor costs. Boustany/BUMC, a Toyota and Lexus dealership is not an exception. The most common services are kept at an affordable price to lead customers into thinking that all services are reasonably priced. They are not.

  Noobs, my experience with them costed me a lot for nothing, i snet my car for repairation, i paid 400 dollars and they did not fix the error, they didn't even know whats the problem,
