  They have standard brand that you can find in all the home appliances shop. But they have the worst after sales service in the world. I had a very bad experience with them and who is to blame the software of course and the procedures.

  Sell modified Smart Phones (Refurbished) : They are not responsible for their products, nor the warranty. I have an official letter from Apple certifying that the iPhone they sold me is modified. !!! My iPhone 8 (4 month use) is going to Trash. Plus I will fill a complaint to the customer protection department in the ministry of economy and trade
