  Hello, I recently visited Bassoul-Heneine S.A.L. on Mar Elias Street and unfortunately the customer service in general was very lacking. There was no one to speak to me regarding my car needs and so I spoke to the lady at the front. She had little to no interest with dealing me. I asked her if there was some sort of car salesman I could speak to regarding a purchase I intend on doing soon, she told me no one was available at this time. I reminded her that I had an appointment and she told me she couldn't help, as there was no one available to assist me. I asked her if I could wait for someone to help me, as I did in fact have an appointment. She told me I shouldn't bother waiting and I should come another time. This is really disappointing because the reviews stated positive things but now I've learned that they're fake reviews. Do yourself a favour, visit some place else regarding a car purchase.

  Welcoming and friendly personnel. Always available to serve you. Respect their appointments. Prices more expensive than the open market, however, their reparations are guaranteed.

  Unable to have an appointment for a simple check before 2 weeks. Garage management should be dramatically improved. Do not recommend the service.
