  Wonderful buildings. Lousy service. I forgot my credit card twice in the ATM machine. They picked it up but never called me to tell me they had found it. In addition to other mistakes leading to personal damage.

  I couldn’t do any changes or get information about my account status unless I go to that particular far branch which used to be next to my job 4 years ago! , too crowded I needed to waste half a day to get my turn, after finally getting my turn the agent was very unfriendly, seemed in a rush to let me go, inquiring about having an account as a Lebanese living abroad they had 2 choices either to charge 5$/month or to close my account not even a suggestion for an investment account which I would be interested in! , sounds to me very inflexible plans. I rate it the worst bank I have done business with.

  the customer service in this bank is the worst i have ever seen. no one likes to pick up their phones, every time i try to call this place i get transferred from one department to the other and no one answers
