  Plenty of new and second hand cars available. Nice salesmen and staff. Parking available within the showroom so no need to park in the packed Mar Mikhael streets. Limited opening hours, especially on weekends so go early on a Saturday.

  The reception was kind, but the first guy that greeted me at the service department had the typical Lebanese Arrogant attitude, I was going to buy hydraulic power steering fluid for my VW, where everyone in the civilized automotive world know that Audi and VW share similar parts and fluids, cause basically they are made by the same car manufacturer. When he heard VW, he had a hard time listening to anything else I had to say! But I was persistant! However, despite his arrogance, he was polite and pointed out another branch of Audi where I could get what I was looking for cause they did not have any. But I then decided to go to VW, where I was more comfortable and found what I was looking for immediately.
