::They have the worst customer service. They deny the guarantee if you purchase a certain item from them and their was a problem in it. After reserving 28 microwaves and several home appliances, they said that they consider the guarantee since the date of payment which was for reservation and not date of delivery . The sales person recommends only the products that they are a retailer for and not for quality. The sales person Mervat at Abed Tahan - Jnah said that the warranty will starts of day of delivery which was totally wrong and a big lie, i don't think that a sales person that has been working for years at a company will make a mistake with a company's POLICY.

::We were very loyal clients for Abed Tahan since 2009, buying all my home and my family's home appliances from Mansourieh's branch. What happened is while I was using my stove that I bought 2 years ago, the glass of the cook top was broken into pieces although it was used under very normal conditions. Thank God no one was so close, or else it the person would have been badly injured! I called the customer service, the call was transferred to the technical manager who promised to arrange the problem and change the cook top for FREE; a date was set for their team to visit. On the same day, we received a call from the maintenance team saying that we need to pay the price of the cook top ($180), I called the technical manager directly who denied saying they would replace the cook top for free and refused to admit any responsibility. I called the branch and asked to talk the Branch Manager, the call was finally transferred after I have talked with nearly all the employees at the branch. I stated my problem all over again, mentioning all the details. he promised to escalate the problem to the management saying that the customer service will follow up and call me back on the same day - that was Saturday 12 August. There was no feedback. I called him back on Tuesday, he asked me to follow up with the customer service manager who said that she will check the problem all over again since she had no data or info about our case. I followed up with the customer service manager who informed me the cook top is out of warranty and that we have to pay the full amount. She even mentioned that the warranty of the cook top lasts for 2 months and they would not be responsible afterwards. She did not even state any alternative! We understand that the warranty is expired, but it is not usual for a gas stove to be broken when using it.... Thank you Abed Tahhan for the unprofessional employees, staff and management; the lack of communication was obvious between your departments or at least this is what you wanted us to believe. Thank you Abed Tahhan for the high standards you provide to your loyal clients by promising something and deliver nothing but your lies.
