  i would give it zero stars..you can fill as many applications as you want..but trust me you'll not get any of the promised products..lies lies lies that's all what you'll ever get from any ministry in Lebanon..and this ministry is not an exception..I filled an application to get "free Agricultural seedlings"..I called everyday to ask about them..after 6 weeks..SURPRISE...WE DON'T HAVE ANY... very professional..very respectful..very honest..really..they should give training all over the world on "HOW TO TREAT PEOPLE LIKE Sh**T".
