  Very nice hotel .. reasonable price .. unbelievable penthouse .. the staff is very hospitable ... nice view right on the sea .. you can ask the staff for any thing .. it's like rubbing Aladdin lamp .. many thanks for the staff and the management for their hospitality.

  So mean people, doesnt like to share happiness with people. They refused any proposals or joyful events to be done in front of their hotel, they are miserable

  Great location, close to all tourist places. Nice, spacious and clean room, really pleasant. Beautiful interior and management. Parking is adequate and safe. The food was awesome: various, fresh and tasty. Even my little picky eater (my daughter) loved it all and asked to come back to the hotel for lunch from the city tour / monastery visit. But the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel special. Everyone had a smile on their face and did everything they could to make us feel welcome. In a nutshell, we are very pleased with this hotel organization and their hospitality. If someone is visiting Lebanon with family and looking for a safe and agreeable place, he/she may opt this option. We (my husband, daughter and me) were staying in Portaluna for 11 nights in March 2017 and came back this year again. We are already planning our next vacation at Portaluna!

  I spent last weekend at Portaluna was great service and wonderful people will recommend it to all the friends and family and will be staying there again next weekend.
