  My wife recently got a bracelet from this location as a wedding gift from her sister. On the first evening that she wore it the bracelet disconnected from the bangles. We took it back to the store to see if they could fix it or replace it, and a woman named Rayn said no problem it was a simple repair and they could have it fixed three days later on Tuesday, January 2 (we contacted them on December 30th). When we called on Tuesday to check the status, they told us it could not be repaired in less than 2 weeks, they would not replace it, and even though they knew we had to travel back on January 6 there was nothing else they could do. I was unhappy to say the least, considering this gift costs almost $500 and it seems that defective items are not covered here. We contacted the store manager who also told us that they could not help, and the operations manager Julian who gave us a hard time telling us there was nothing he could do. Other than taking two weeks to repair it we are basically stuck with a broken gift. This is not something I expected from a company as well renowned as Pandora, and has definitely affected my attitude toward buying this in the future. The management at this location was very unhelpful and did nothing to try to address our concerns or damage product, And actually seem to go out of their way to make it impossible to get it repaired before travel. Now I have to take a broken gift back to the United States, where hopefully I can find a store where the management has enough pride and respect in their product to fix this for us. I recommend you shop at other locations that might be more willing to help if something goes wrong. The people in charge of this location seem to be all about making a sale and not about backing up their products.

  Wrong location
