  The worst tour agent ever. They sold me a ticket to Dubai on a cancelled flight. I went to the airport and I was informed from Emirates airlines that the flight was cancelled and the agent was informed since 15 days and no one called me.

  They didn't pay the agent in Malaysia, so i was left for 2 days with no one to take me to any tours and I payed for my own tours again , also i payed for 5 star hotels and I was shocked to find out that they were 4 star hotels.

  Didnt contribute more than others, or take the initives to help me more than what i asked for.
