  Whenever you wanna rent a car there are two essential components to look for: 1- Quality of Service 2- Price Mike Rent A Car nailed both of them down. Quality of Service: All I had to do is a phone call asking them to deliver the Kia Sportage to my business location on Saturday at 12 pm. The car was delivered right on time. They just asked me to sign a piece of paper and provide a copy of my driving license. Two days after, they came back and took the car. Price: I compared their prices with more than three other car rental agencies but couldn't find any better deal. What also impressed me is the GUARANTEE they provided to rise above their competitions. (check the attached photo) As a business owner I know that it really takes a high level of professionalism & confidence in delivering top services. Thank you Mike Rent A Car for making my life easier and allowing me to save Time & Money.

  The worst service a customer may receive ever.. cars are always delivered late and unwashed, in addition to their cars being in bad conditions and full of scratches. and the most important that they deduct from the deposited amount that you should receive when you return the car. highly not recommended.

  been a customer for the past two years, rented the 2015 CLS for 1 months each year, very convenient, I live over an hour away from his location and they had no problem delivering right to my door steps. they called a couple of times and asked if they can borrow it for a day for a wedding and they would drop off a 2015 S class which was at least $100 more per day . I had no problem, why not right ? when your a loyal customer, they don't even do the walk around check for hits and such, you give the keys back and walk away. and yea don't forget to tip the drivers, remember they gotta bus it back to Beirut, they don't get paid much.
