  I use this gym two months a year when I visit the family, Clean, amazing Treadmills fastest than 2’:59” pace, Friendly crew, very polite members, I didn’t try the classes but crowded, I recommend fitness zone for the people visiting Lebanon for a short period as well, Bravo 😊👍🙏

  its an amazing place with a very big variety of exercising classes... 2 pools and 2 tennis courts along with 3 huge parkings for your service,they has more than 5 brunches,baabda,hamra,verdun kaslic downtown,abc ashrafieh and dbayeh the latest addition to the group, and once you are a member you will be privileged the free access to all..

  Now it is a big and spacious gym and super helpful trainers. I’ve only been there twice and can’t help but feel that it is overcrowded in the machines area. Water pressure is weak so shower was uncomfortable. Steam room floors were dirty on both occasions. There is a lot more that I have not yet experienced like classes, the tennis court and the pool ... the price is also an issue and way overpriced I find.
