$ 555 deposit charged for repairs that would have taken $ 300 according to the three mechanics we've been consulted before. The Insurance company refund them 50% of the damage in addition to the $ 550, which basically allows them to profit illegally from the accident (not responsible). The worst agency rental that takes pleasure in scamming customers. A fuir

Excellent prices and very professional workers. I recommend renting from there not only for their loyalty and respect but for their hard work and effort. One of the best Car rental agencies in lebanon.

I picked up the car from the company and on the first day as I was driving the car I heard the car making a noise that I suspected meant that there was something wrong with the car and it needed to be inspected. I called the rental car company and told them about my concern but they told me that they already checked the car and said it was fine and there is nothing wrong with it. The next day I was driving on the highway and there was a bump on the road and as I went over the bump the car's airbags were deployed and injured me. After that, I spoke to the company and the company came and took the car. In the contract it says they will take up to $550 if any damage occurs to the car. I looked on my visa statement and found that they had charged me $550 twice. When I spoke to them about this over the phone, as I had left Lebanon by this time, they were very argumentative and insisted that I must pay $1100. Also, they told me that if the insurance does not cover the cost of the accident I will have to pay $2800 instead of $1100. The employee who spoke to me over the phone was very rude and charged my visa immediately the contract says I will only have to pay a deductible of $550.
