  I never get bored at Capitole. People are chill and you can hang up with someone on the bar. You have a panoramic view of Beirut behind the bar. Drinks and food are good. Lounge music in the early eve, and then Beirut was shaking on its party music. I will always go there. Love it.

  Great food with a gorgeous view overlooking Beirut, perfect for those looking for those a rooftop summer experience with good food. They can be strict at the door if you don't have a reservation and if you don't have a female presence in your group.

  Used to be a good place but is not anymore! Security is impolite to say the least at the entrance even with a reservation !!!! Sitting at the bar is even worst where the bar tender is too busy to take your order because he has better things to do talking to his buddies or is plainly rude trying to drive you off because there is a reservation where in fact it is you who has made this reservation.... What’s even worse, is talking to management and complaining doesn’t get you anywhere, not even a phone call back from someone in charge to apologize! I regretfully talked to one of the owners(or partner) who proudly bragged about management having a “tough” policy at the entrance, as if when you treat people with disrespect they have a tendency to come back more often !!!! Seriously !!! I guess we have a LOT to learn from our American friends where you can walk into a prestigious casino in LAS VEGAS, unchecked with slippers, gamble on a slot machine with ONE CENT LITTERALLY and walk out like a KING !!!
