  I had a 21 hour day yesterday, which included a full shift at work, followed by a two hour meeting and 4 hours of non stop dancing at a party. I slept for 5 hours then joined the morning Saturday session. I started off completely exhausted and finished off amazingly energized. Much appreciated staff and experience!!

  It is my second home where I can be relaxed and practicing by highly levels of teachers. Best place to be. An amazing space with a great 💜💜positive energy.. Highly recommended

  Beirut yoga center has a wide variety of yoga classes everyday including weekends. There are different teachers and are all very professional. They organise long yoga retreats to different countries and also short ones in Lebanon. Most importantly, the energy at Byc is amazing and the courses are really useful (physically and spiritually) as the teachers pay attention to each student and fix their posture if needed. Much recommended for all yoga enthusiasts or anyone wishing to start practicing yoga.
