They have the worst customer service. They deny the guarantee if you purchase a certain item from them and their was a problem in it. After reserving 28 microwaves and several home appliances, they said that they consider the guarantee since the date of payment which was for reservation and not date of delivery . The sales person recommends only the products that they are a retailer for and not for quality. The sales person Mervat at Abed Tahan - Jnah said that the warranty will starts of day of delivery which was totally wrong and a big lie, i don't think that a sales person that has been working for years at a company will make a mistake with a company's POLICY.

Higher end appliances available here than other retailers. Prices are moderate to high. Service is very good. Staff are extremely knowledgeable about their products. There were some good in-store promotions if you need major appliances. Ask about any ‘bundle’ offers.

Prices seem to be lower than some competitors. For example a Samsung charger of the same model was for $25 at CLASS while for $19 at Abed Tahan. Staff seem to be nice and polite. I was just a little disappointed that some items had no price label. And when I asked why, there were neither intelligent nor logical answers. But this is common in many stores in Lebanon. Might be an attempt at having a good business tactic. Which only seems to work in Lebanon. Or does it...? In civilized countries, businesses similar to Tahan's always have price tags on all items. With tax included of course! Unlike many in Lebanon... they claim "Tax excluded"... like anyone has a choice not to pay tax!
